Tasty Healthy Meals is designed for the busy individual who just wants a fast, healthy meal that actually tastes good. In my personal experience  I find that I waste quite a bit of food when I’m only cooking for myself, not to mention the time I never seem to have to make myself a good healthy meal.

All of our meals closely follow popular diet regimens. We have no-carb meals and meals that have balanced protein/carbs to give your body the nutrients it needs.  All desserts are sugar free as well.  If you prefer to count points, those will also be on the packaged meals as well as a nutrition label so you will know exactly what you are getting.  All of the meals are made with the freshest ingredients and no preservatives. That said, meals will only last up to 5 days from the date on the package.  

The retail location is conveniently located downtown at 706 N. Lamar between 6th and 9th. You can come by and pick up your meals for the week or just a meal to take home or to the office for lunch. You can also have your meals delivered free of charge if you use Morehands Maid Service. Another option is to order online and we will have the order bagged and ready to go for your convenience.

As for me, I was frustrated not being able to find a fast healthy affordable meal on the go, so I quit my corporate job and decided to dive into something that I am passionate about.  Hopefully there are others out there with the same frustrations.   I worked in the restaurant business for 19 years (the majority being in Austin) and became very familiar with how Americans eat, and I want to change that. If I can help one person lose weight or start a new healthy life I will have been successful.
